1. Registration & Payments
The registration is non-transferrable and non-Cancellable, exception being emergency situation that needs to be informed in advance along with respective reference, however, the decision will be subject to the discretion of the organizers.

Please note- the registration process is confined to the fixed time slot i.e. From 15:30 until 17:00 only.

2. Admission
Entrance is only permitted with a Valid ID proof with the valid ticket that you might have received in Email.
Entrance to the event with prior consumption of Alcoholic drinks & narcotic substances is strictly prohibited.
Consumption of Alcohol, narcotic substances & smoking inside the event premises is strictly prohibited.
Anyone consuming Alcoholic drinks, narcotics or prohibited substances will not be allowed to participate in future events for 5 years along with its references

3. Food
The Food Only will be vegetarian and outside food isn’t allowed in the event premises exception being Baby essentials.

4. Music
Garba Songs for Mata Ji araadhna
The collections of songs would be as per organizers’ selection On-demand songs will not be entertained

5. Dress Code
Traditional Attire is advised

6. Covid 19 & Safety Protocols
Current Statewide Covid regulations applied
Any one with symptoms or recent illness is required to produce Covid test results

7. Consent
You will be contacted by our team for event related communication
Your registration data, Photo & images might be used for next years promotions in our official Social Media Channels
The registration data is protected in our channels and won’t be transferred to any externals or third party channels
