The registration is non-transferrable and non-Cancellable, exception being emergency situation that needs to be informed in advance along with respective reference, however, the decision will be subject to the discretion of the organizers.

Entrance is only permitted with a Valid ID proof with the valid ticket that you might have received in Email.
Entrance to the event with prior consumption of Alcoholic drinks & narcotic substances is strictly prohibited.
Consumption of Alcohol, narcotic substances & smoking inside the event premises is strictly prohibited.
Anyone consuming Alcoholic drinks, narcotics or prohibited substances will not be allowed to participate in future events for 5 years along with its references

By attending the celebrations, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by the festival organizers. The captured content might be used for Social media posts, Websites, Press Releases etc.

Event Venue might be adjusted to other location based on the number of Participants

The ticket prices covers the food and the menu will be as decided by the organizers.
The Food Only will be vegetarian and outside food isn’t allowed in the event premises exception being Baby essentials.
